Then on Saturday, November 7, Niah Aldrich will take us through a day of creative lighting, bold color, styled portrait sets, hands-on shooting, and post-processing.  Bring your own camera and come ready to shoot. Just don’t forget your SD card!

Attendees will have a chance to photograph professional models while learning Niah’s approach to color and creative lighting using Westcott gear, then follow as she takes those images into the editing process to learn how to make colors pop, change colors in post, and create rich, vibrant images while maintaining natural skin tones.

About Makayla Jade Harris

Makayla Jade Harris is the founder and CEO of ASET, the industry’s leading virtual sales agency for photographers. What began as a personal mission to create lasting heirlooms for her own family has evolved into a company that now partners with studios worldwide, transforming how photographers sell, serve, and scale through powerful post-session experiences.

About Niah Aldrich

Niah Aldrich is a Sony portrait photographer and Westcott Lighting ambassador based in Kansas City, MO. She is known for her bold use of color, creative lighting, and fashion-inspired portraiture. Her work blends strong visual storytelling with vibrant styling and approachable direction.

She travels the country teaching workshops that break down lighting in a fun, real-world way, whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your creative shoots. Expect energy, color, and hands-on learning with Sony's top photography gear and Westcott lighting.
